This comfortable bungalow is less than a half mile to the ocean, a few blocks to the Naval Postgraduate School, and walking distance to downtown Monterey's breweries, bakeries, restaurants and shops. The light-filled home opens to a huge backyard where you can barbecue, relax in the sun, or get cozy by the wood-burning chiminea. The kitchen is fully-equipped (minus a dishwasher), there's an office area in the living room along with a fireplace and a separate dining area. Two bedrooms (one King, one Queen) share a hall bath with a tub/shower. Driveway parking for several cars and street parking (72 hour limit). 
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Lake El Estero. Laundry facilities are available. The vacation home offers a kitchen and a fireplace.
