The room was dirty, immediately we check in and open the room door and it smelt like SMOKE, not outside but inside the room. There was vomit on the walls and ceiling? We took a video of the room just in case before we got settled in. Specks on the wall and immediately off the bat there were 3 pieces of hair INSIDE the covers. It’s like they didn’t really bother to clean the room. I booked a week in advance I expected better.

We didn’t like the broken door latch, broken night stand. Room and bathroom were dirty. Plunger left out next to the toilet, hair on the floor in bathroom. Mini frig inside cabinet had doors open in opposite sides of each other. There was no accessible pool/spa those it stayed there was. Breakfast had no waffles. Just biscuits & gravy. Yougart tasted like it had been previously frozen. Lots of noise outside of room. Overall a bad experience will not ever stay here again. It was a disappointment.

This is a poor establishment. We had to move rooms because at midnight dirty water started coming up through the bath's drain/plug hole, which smelled really bad. However, they did move us quickly and without issue - it seemed that this is a common issue for them as we were the second person in a queue asking to change rooms. There were 4 of us in a family room and we were only provided with 4 towels, so had to ask for more. There was often nobody on reception. The rooms are tiny and there is almost no room for storage. No toiletries were provided. The breakfast is ok and you can get coffee and hot water all day. The best thing about the facility is it's proximity to the beach, which is only a 2 minute walk. I wouldn't stay here again and I am surprised that Radisson put their name to this place.

My daughter and I arrived early for check-in, but we were asked to leave the lobby. When I spoke up about the situation, I was offered an early check-in for $50. I would have considered paying it, but the tone had already been set, which left a bad impression. Ultimately, I chose not to stay there. Instead, I found accommodations at the Monterey Beach Hotel, where I was welcomed warmly and not charged an early check-in fee during our Spring Break. It’s disappointing that this hotel treated us poorly, especially since this trip was meant to be special for my daughter. I had purchased insurance and have since requested a refund.

Unlike other guests who probably dont take into consideration the rate paid... I Do! For what we paid, i was very satisfied! If you're looking for overall GREAT VALUE... This is your place! If your the type of traveler who makes a fuss about all the minor quality components of lodging.... go somewhere else! If I paid $199 a night, Id give it a 4/10. But since I paid $85, it gets a 8/10

Though the room was clean many things that are to be standard are missing. All the fixtures were old. There were no towels in the room. Bathroom was very old.

Do not book here!!

Do not stay at this filthy hotel. It is dirty and the rooms reek of cigarettes . The front desk clerk is rude. He gets annoyed when you ask for the bare minimum. The housekeeping does a terrible job cleaning the room and making the bed. The “new “ sheets have stains . The front desk clerk apparently deliver towels and you have to Call him each time you need something. He makes it clear he gets annoyed and is very rude. The bathroom has mold and the ceiling looks disgusting . The doors don’t lock and has a big space Missing . You will fell Unsafe staying here . Don’t let the “beachfront” description fool you . This by a beach but to it is not nice or clean at all. Don’t waste your time and try to save money by booking through them. Pay the extra 30-40 dollars and get a better hotel . It looks nothing like the picture. It is worst than a motel 6 .

First room had no working light except bath. Switch room, No bulb in only floor light. Took and hour to get a bulb. One outlet didn't work. Broken switchplate on wall. Heat missing thermo knob. Only worked on high or off. Sticky stuff on bath counters. No shelf in refer. Refer door shelf holder made of electrical tape. Only had decaf for rooms. Plywood over spa. Breakfast very thin.
