Room was clean, clean floors and bed. Very basic motel and on a very busy highway, Rooms next to the main road will be noisy. No direct beach access, you have to take a trail a mile down but the trail is a nice 30 min walk to downtown area.

Honestly, we usually have our two ghost spots to stay at. We wanted to get something different. We tried out Oceanside and it was beyond what we expected perfect for what we’re looking for. The employee was very nice accommodating and respectful. The area was very clean and tidy for us thank you guys.

Room floor was very dirty. Walking bare foot my feet got so much dirt on them. The toilet was loose. Felt as if it was going to tip over. Pillows were flat on one end. The sink was dirty also
