Room was comfortable, updated and clean but management needs to train its staff on housekeeping policy as the receptionist was unaware that the national website allowed guests to request daily housekeeping instead of the standard once every three days. Although I was provided with daily housekeeping the desk clerk made it appear that she was doing me a favor. Rooms need a microwave badly as most of your competitors have them.

The staff was helpful and so nice. My room was clean. In front of the property is a Denny’s for a quick breakfast. It’s about a 10 minute drive to the wharf and 15 to Cannery Row. I recommend this place!

I enjoyed this place because it was convenient to myself and family. I was able to get breakfast right across the street and when I needed pain meds CVS pharmacy was next door. Front lobby employees very friendly and I will recommend to my family and friends to stay here while visiting beautiful Monterey
