Here, nature, history, ancient architecture, good food and good wine come together in perfect harmony.The original medieval building (13th century) has been renovated with the intention of preserving its authentic architecture and character. The interior is furnished with original rustic pieces, maintaining all the charm and atmosphere of traditional Tuscan country homes. A swimming pool, hot tub, and private garden with ping-pong table, barbecue, sun loungers, and private parking allow you to fully enjoy this authentic Tuscan farmhouse. The owner Emiliano and his parents, Lorena and Sergio, have poured their hearts into restoring and caring for this property. You can truly feel the strength of their love and the devotion this wonderful family dedicates to it every single day.

Access to the Villa is by 700 meters of dirt road not suitable for sports cars.

Swimming pool open from 1st May to 30th September - Hot tube opened from april 1st to october 30th. In the period when the hot tube is not opened, it is openable on payment of 180,00 euro.

The structure consists of 6 bedrooms with private bathrooms spread over 2 floors for a total of 12 people. The kitchen of the main structure is very well equipped with a professional dishwasher and a very large refrigerator.

The living room, that anciently was the Hay barn, is large con comfortable and there are 2 large tables to enjoy Tuscan dinners…with more than a glass of wine…That is why in this place you will not find a Television: because the owners want you to enjoy the time, see the stars in the night, enjoy the dinner that Emiliano can cook for you and talk, and smile, and share your time with your friends, checking for what today we have lost: LIFE TIME. A large garden private pool and a wonderful lodge with an enormous table, will give you all space to enjoy the outside area…as Locals do. If you would like to live a “authentic and Local experience” this is your place.
