The "Guest House" apartment (80m2) is on two floors. It is accessed from the courtyard of the property by an independent entrance with a gate. Private terrace, equipped in the courtyard with pergola and umbrella. Entrance to the house on the ground floor through a glass door in the living room. The main room include a living area with a single bed- sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and dining table. The bathroom is equipped with shower cabin. Single bed situated at the mezzanine floor. On the second floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a baby cot. On the ceiling one recognizes the typical Sienese beams. Furniture in a typical Tuscan style.

The nearest village is Quercegrossa (3 km), with bars, restaurants, bank, pharmacy, post office. 5 km from the property, the Siena train station, with the largest supermarkets (Coop and Porta Siena shopping center).
