Casa Maestrale Mistral Sea breeze - A/C & Sea View
Casa Maestrale is located on the second floor of a modern apartment building just a few metres from the beach, shops and restaurants and the train station.
It is a very bright and especially well-equipped house with air conditioning in all rooms. As you enter there is a large living/dining room with a large glass door opening onto a terrace from which you can see the sea, ideal for having an aperitif while enjoying the view or simply relaxing while reading a book. In the lounge there is a double sofa ideal for 2 extra guests. From the lounge there is direct access to the two bedrooms, both with double beds.
The house can comfortably accommodate 4 or 6 people. This makes it a perfect choice for large families or groups of friends. Each room is bright and has ample space for personal belongings (clothes etc....). Both rooms have air conditioning to ensure a pleasant temperature and a cool environment on hot days. One of the two rooms has a dedicated portion of the balcony.
The bathroom is a fairly modern bathroom with a bathtub that can also be used as a shower.
The kitchen, also in the style of the 1990s, is cleverly located near the dining/living room and the terrace. It is clean, and well equipped with everything you might need for a full snack or dinner/lunch.
The decor is casual but very pleasant with a mix of antique and modern, original art and a Nautical and Maritime feel.
The cleaning fee includes 60 euros for linen.. City Tax: € 3,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 3 nights
