Recently renovated two-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, only 150m walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment is bright, quiet and newly furnished. This apartment was recently renovated by a local architect. Every single space has been specially designed to create the best possible experience for our guests. The apartment is very modern with everything you need for your stay in Monterosso. Ideal for family of 4 or a group of friends but it can sleep up to 6 people (If required, a travel cot for children is also available on request for a small charge). When you enter the apartment there is a lobby that opens on to the living room. To the right of the lobby a corridor takes you to the kitchen, bathroom and at the end of the hallway you can find the two bedrooms. There is a master bedroom with a double bed and a spacious second bedroom with two single beds.

In the living area there is a sofa bed that converts into a double bed. There is also a table that seats 4 and a small TV. The kitchen is new, modern and well equipped with everything you need to prepare either a snack or a full meal. It has an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge with a small freezer compartment, toaster and kettle for making tea or coffee.

The bathroom is new, modern and designed to maximise space, with a shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine.
The apartment has free Wi-Fi.

Close to bars restaurants, a minimarket and public pay and display car park - Private parking avaible subject to availbaility (to be organized in advance).

The cleaning fee includes 60 euros for linen.
