Enjoy This historical property is one of a kind, in a private enclosure surrounded by trees and nature, just 5 minutes walk from the beach. 
Private, convenient location with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. With comfortable furnishings the house is a great choice for families and groups.
Large otuside garden for dining and relaxing moments while enjoying the peace and quiet surraunded by nature. 
Both Free and private beaches ares across the street. Cafes, restaurants, shops are steps away. Train station, old town, ferries, 5 Terre trails are 10-15 minutes walking distance. 
Parking available on request. The cleaning fee includes 60 euros for linen.
There is a large living area with a high ornate decorated ceiling and with a sofa and 2 armchairs and a dining table seating comfortably 6 people to relax or eat together. There is a modern kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal and two large bedrooms with original antique furnishings.

Monterosso Stay

A wonderful property and lots of space, we were a family of adults, and had everything we needed. Not familiar with Vrbo, and third party agents so found the admin a little in-depth but understandable as per Italy’s laws. Meet and greet by Veronica was very helpful and great to see a person rather than a lock box/code entry. Had not realised that would be staying below a family home, some guidance or pre warning would have been helpful as worried about disturbing others. Only found the mokka pot on the last day! A few basics; water, salt, teabags provided, were helpful. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon which meant we struggled to get basics as shops closed. Wonderful surroundings, and amenities nearby, a great base to explore the area.

Sehr schöne alte Villa mit Charme und guter Ausstattung Der erste Eindruck war sehr positiv – eine stilvolle Altbauvilla mit hohen Decken und gepflegtem Ambiente. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, alles war sehr sauber. Die Einführung vor Ort war hervorragend: wir wurden persönlich empfangen, alles wurde im Detail erklärt, die Kommunikation war durchgehend ausgezeichnet. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: das Bett war etwas unbequem und leicht muffig, was bei älteren Villen, die nicht ständig beheizt werden, verständlich ist – uns hat es aber im Schlafzimmer etwas gestört. Der Garten ist sehr schön und gepflegt, allerdings liegt im Oktober die Sonne nur bis etwa Mittag dort, sodass wir ihn kaum genutzt haben. Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft in schöner Lage, nur 2–3 Minuten vom Strand entfernt und mit vielen guten Restaurants in der Umgebung. Der erwartete Wow-Effekt blieb zwar aus, aber wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt.
