The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms, one with two double beds and the other with a double bed. The apartment also features a laundry center, a full bathroom, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful culinary delight during your stay, and a comfortable living room with a balcony overlooking the Sierra Madre Mountains and Cerro de la Silla.

Guest Access:
Enjoy the entire apartment just for you and your family. The parking lot is located on Cuauhtémoc Avenue. A designated parking space is located in the S4 building.

● Self check-in is possible.
● Check-in time starts at 4:00 pm and check-out is no later than 11:00 am.
● Quiet hours are enforced after 11:00 pm and end at 7:00 am.
● Lost or damaged cards or tags will be charged at $45 USD.
● We kindly request that guests respect the property rules. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction, and fines vary according to these rules. Please contact us if you have any questions.
