The room didn't get serviced until we called to complain around 12 or 1. The rooms, bathroom or hallways didn't get mopped at all. The floors are extremely dusty and dirty. The continental breakfast was not good at all. Staff not friendly and gentleman at front desk are very rude.

Las camas eran comodas. Sin embargo la distribucion del cuarto y como esta ubicado el baño lo hace incomodo, por que vez la regadera desde las camas. El internet no se pudo conectar a los celulares y fallo al principio en la television. No es todo el personal, pero la experiencia del lobby no es lo que uno espera, sientes que te hacen el favor al responderte dudas no te atendian de la manera adecuada. Lo que realmente molesto es que al acudir al desayuno te encuentras lo normal para un desayuno continental. Pero encuentras ollas con guisos y nadie te informa que es cobro extra por consumirlos y no estaban del todo ricos. La señorita que atendio entendio la situacion y no se cobro, pero el proceso lo hace incomodo. Son puntos a mejorar pero personalmente creo no me hospedaria denuevo y por su precio puedes encontrar mejores opciones.

It’s a brand new building, everything is clean and is right in the downtown area. My room was on the fifth floor, it was very quiet and comfortable. WiFi worked well.

The property was clean. To get to the actual lobby was strange. You park in the garage, you take an elevator down to the street level, you walk into the building, take the elevator up to the lobby, about 5 floors or so, check in, then up to you room which for us was 2 floors up. The elevator said floor 2, in reality we were 7 to 8 floors up. In my opinion, this is a safety hazard as you really don't know where in the building you are, which in case of a fire or emergency could be a problem. Their is not much privacy for the restroom as their is no real separation, it is glass doors and open at the top, with no vents. Though the hotel was nice, I would not stay here again unless I was staying solo.
