GENERAL AIRBNB REGULATIONS

It is mandatory to read the regulations before making the reservation.

1. The property must be returned in the same condition as received.
2. Loud noise is prohibited, especially after 10 pm. A fine will be imposed after the first warning.
3. Only registered guests and visitors notified to the host on the platform will be granted access. For building security and access protocol, we require a photo of the official ID for each guest and visitor via Airbnb chat, which will be requested at reception to verify identity and provide building access.
4. Parties are prohibited, and wandering outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages is not allowed.
5. Eating and/or drinking on sofas and beds is prohibited. If these areas get dirty, an additional cleaning or replacement fee will be charged.
6. Towels and/or sheets will be charged if stained by makeup or any other substance.
7. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
8. In case of any damage to furniture and/or inventory, the host must be notified as soon as possible.
9. Only the designated parking space may be used.
10. The air conditioners must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
11. Pets are prohibited. Service animals must be approved by the host.
12. The amenity regulations must be followed.
13. Keys and/or cards must be left in the location indicated by the host. Check-out must be by 12:00 pm; if you leave after this time without prior authorization, an additional fee of $500.00 MXN will be charged.

GENERAL BUILDING AND AMENITIES REGULATIONS

1. Use of amenities must be notified to the host 24 hours in advance and is subject to prior reservation and cost, if applicable.
2. The regulations for each amenity must be followed, as indicated in the folder within the apartment and shown in the photos of the listing.
3. The common areas of the building must be respected, and the guest will be financially responsible for any damages.

FINES

Violating any point in both regulations can result in fines ranging from $1,500 MXN to $20,000 MXN.

Stained sofa, rug, and/or mattress: $2,500 MXN, previously quoted by the ChemDry cleaning company. If the stain is not removed, the full item will be charged.

Stained linens: $800 MXN per sheet set, $500 MXN per towel, and $1,500 MXN per duvet.

Damage or loss of furniture and inventory: Item value (If the host is not notified, there will be an additional $1,000 MXN charge).

Property damage: Material value + labor cost + $1,500.00 MXN for repair time.

Lost keys and/or cards: A replacement fee of $500 MXN will be charged.
