Stained linens: $800 MXN per set of sheets, $500 MXN per towel, and $1,500 MXN per duvet.

Damage and/or loss of furniture and inventory: Value of the item (If not reported to the host, an additional $1,000 fee will apply).

Damage to property: Material cost + labor cost + $1,500.00 MXN for repair time.

Lost keys and/or access cards: A replacement fee of $500 MXN will apply.
