De los mejores hoteles con camas comodas

Ha sido de los mejores hoteles en los que me he hospedado. Tiene una excelente vista desde una alberca que esta en perfectas condiciones. El desayuno bufete está excelente, con mucha variedad y desayno para todos los gustos. El personal ha sido muy amable y servicial. Las instalaciones se ven muy bien cuidadas y las camas están muy comodas. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar en este hotel.

the best stay in Mexico

The lady in the front was very rude, the room smelled like somebody had been smoking in it when the lady in the front specified no smoking allowed. And I don’t like the fact that they need to ID every single person staying in the room( that’s just my opinion). The only person that was very attentive was the security guard. He even got my aunt a wheel chair to take her to the room. I forgot his name but he was very sweet

This was my second time staying here and I have to say I’m really upset since the first time I stay here it was amazing with everything. But this time it was totally the opposite. As soon it I walk it didn’t feel welcome and the reception was so rude. The room are not the cleanest like it was the first time I stay here.. the food was ok. Sad to admit but I’m not coming back here no more..
