This particular hotel is one of a kind but it also takes a person like myself , unique , curios, not scared to try new things and new places. to enjoy the darkness as I slept like a baby . Here’s some advice to all . If and when you ever happen to be in our beautiful Monterrey N.L. . Be sure to stay in room 101 and the staff are great and very welcoming

7 minutes walk from metro. Really spacious room. Friendly staff. And contrary to what I have read in other comments, I was able to check in early, which was much appreciated after a night of travel

The area around the hotel is very scary and from what I heard from locals it is very dangerous. Every day I had to go to reception because they set the electronic key for only one night at a time. The name really says it all, Le- Garbage. What a decrepit, antiquated, lifeless old relic from the 1970’s. Where do I begin with this dive, filthy, musty, aged, and oh so ugly. Forget wi-fi, bring a phone with data if you dare to chance this pig-sty. How did this place get over 8 rating on expedi-a, HOW?? It should be 2.2 at best, please if you enjoy your sanity, AVOID!!!
