We should have stayed at the Hilton down the street. It's much better in every way. Unfriendly staff. I got something on my comforter and instead of giving us the choice to have it professionally cleaned, they just took it off my bed. Charged me $300 and I had no blanket for the rest of my stay. 8 days. The maid was nasty. I think she hates Americans. The buffet was very limited. The pictures made it look so good. They wouldn't allow my husband to take a plate back to my room, saying it's against the rules.

The room was very dirty. But the worse is the front desk service. There are three staff they never mean to help I ask for spoon and they just is only if you request room service. I say an utensil is always provided in other hotels even in this hotel it is sad that the hotel decrease the service level
