Nos encantó el Hotel. Las instalaciones son super lindas, el personal amable, las habitaciones muy cómodas y la alberca calientita en invierno. Incluye un desayuno rico, y tienes opción a cambiarlo por bufete a un muy buen precio, tiene variedad de comida para un buen almuerzo. Caminamos 15-20 min sin tema hasta el centro para turistear y tomar el barquito a fundidora. Mucho más barato y lindo que los Airbnb de la zona.

The pool is the best part. I traveled with my family. The front desk needs to be more friendly with customers. I didn't like the way they talk to us.

Good hotel, quite a walk from the centre and the area around it is not very nice specially at night. Room was clean but noise fron the next room leaks through the connecting doors. The staff was not as nice as they could be but not rude either. I would consider somewhere closer to Macroplaza if you plan on walking most of your trip; if you have a car for your trip then this hotel is good since it has onsite parking.

Plaza de Oro doesn’t allow you to have visitors in your room, the front desk girl was so rude; I had planned for a 10 day stay but left after the second day to a different hotel
