One Monterrey Aeropuerto is a normal hotel — nothing special, but clean and functional. The rooms were clean, there is 24-hour coffee available, breakfast is included, and the airport shuttle is convenient. However, our experience with check-in was disappointing. Our flight was canceled, so we booked this hotel and arrived early at 8:00 AM. We asked multiple times about early check-in and even offered to pay extra, but were told no rooms were available. This was surprising since many guests checked out that morning. After waiting most of the day and asking again several times, we were finally allowed to check in at 2:30 PM, just 30 minutes before the official check-in time. Overall, the hotel is acceptable for a short airport stay, but flexibility and customer service during travel disruptions could definitely be improved.
