Poor service at check in, disorganized, not very helpful. Rooms very spartan, no closet, no water bottles or space to put clothes. Location is not very good, heavy traffic in front during events at Monterrey Arena, not easy to get around because of street design. Restaurants are not very close in the neighborhood and kind of unsafe environment at night. Not pleased with choice of hotel.
