Not a 4 star hotel. Too dark. Furniture too outdated. Under the beds there was still some crumbs and trash. The tv and remote was from the early 2000's. Not really recommend. Paid too much for the stay of 2 nights. No fridge or microwave in this 4 star hotel

Everything perfect as usual, except for breakfast they were not doing the made to order omelets they have been doing before, some of the food was cold and less options. Apparently, they were missing some staff; I'll try one more time. Thank you.

The hotel feels somewhat outdated, and the rooms could benefit from a remodel. Unfortunately, our room was located on the first floor near the front desk, elevators, and service doors. Starting around 5 a.m., we were woken up by noise and service carts. A room on a higher floor would likely provide a much quieter and more enjoyable stay. The breakfast was good and the fruit very fresh.

Buen servicio, pero deben poner más atención a la limpieza, encontramos 2 cucarachas en la habitación, debajo de las camas no pasan la aspiradora y está lleno de basura y polvo. El loby se ve descuidado y sucio. Deberían remodelar todas las habitaciones.

I really like everything . Friendly staff , Julieta , the girl who clean my room everyday is so nice and respectful , the front desk , the people in the buffet were so nice . The only thing I did not liked it was that some of the foods in the buffet were not replenished right after they were finished , but other than that the food was so good . Overall I had a great stay at the hotel 😃

Great location, however the 6th floor was way too hot including the hallways and rooms. It seemed to be the only floor with this issue. The food was good, but if you paid extra for the special breakfast there was a 25min wait one day and 45min the next day. Check in was at 3pm and the room wasnt ready until 6pm. Very unfortunate.

Most hotels have a small refrigerator and microwave in all rooms. This place has none which was disappointing. I did have a king size bed in my room, the maid was excellent. The use of your door key card to actuate the elevator to your floor was different.
