Was für ein Juwel! Wir waren begeistert vom bequemen Doppelbett und das Kinderbett war perfekt für unser Kind. Das Badezimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet mit Dusche und Bidet. Außerdem war die Waschmaschine vor Ort während unseres Aufenthalts ein echter Segen.

Le descriptif du logement est trompeur : car maison en fait divisée en 2 gîtes dont l'accès se fait par un sas commun. On entend ce qui se passe à côté. Très clairement la maison a été (récemment ?) divisée en 2, mais cela n'est pas expliqué du tout.Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu un problème d'eau chaude. Pareil pour les voisins arrivés après nous (location directe ?).La propriétaire a vraiment essayé de résoudre le problème, mais autour du 15 août en Italie, il est difficile de trouver un plombier chauffagiste. Elle s'est démenée, et malgré ses efforts le problème n'a pas été résolu pendant notre séjour. Heureusement des douches froides par canicule de 41 ce n'est pas trop grave.Après notre départ, elle nous a dit que nous aurions ouvert un robinet qui aurait par son ouverture continue, déréglé la chaudière. L'eau ne coulait pas malgré le robinet soi-disant ouvert, car il s'agissait d'un pommeau douche avec manette pression. Sans appui sur la manette, pas d'eau.Nous réfutons et refusons toute responsabilité à ce sujet. Comment un robinet qui ne coule pas pourrait refroidir l'eau d'une chaudière ou la bloquer ?Aucun avertissement présent quant à ce risque potentiel.Donc déception, malgré le cadre très agréable et l'environnement superbe, surtout car maison partagée alors qu'on voulait êtres seuls et car pas d'eau chaude pendant tout le séjour, pour ensuite en être accusés.Désolés, mais nous n'avons pas été satisfaits du rapport qualité/prix et ne reviendrons pas.

Très bon gite dans le chianti

L'environnement du gite est très tranquille et bien situé pour circuler entre Florence et Sienne. Le gite est très propre avec une grande terrasse. Bonne literie. Très joli paysage. Sara la propriétaire est d'un très grand service, nous la remercions.

Die Einrichtung ist ordentlich aber nüchtern. Gut komplett, alles ist da und funktioniert gut. Die Außenterrasse ist groß, aber es hätte mehr daraus gemacht werden können. Die Lage ist wunderschön, direkt im Chianti-Gebiet. Die Zufahrtsstraße ist nicht asphaltiert, nur eine ruhige Fahrt. Geschäfte sind leider abgelegen.
