Eine gründliche Reinigung scheint nach der letzten Saison nicht erfolgt sein- schmutzige Fenster, vor allem zwischen Fenster u. Fliegengitter (tote Insekten) Wir hatten Baumwanzen im Wohnbereich. Grenzwertige Sauberkeit der Küche. Üble Gerüche im Bad. Die Rechnungsstellung des verbrauchten Gases erfolgte ohne Nachweis des Vermieters. Terrasse nur eingeschränkt nutzbar, da von der Restaurantküche und Restaurant einsehbar. Für Küchenregal u. Schlafzimmerschrank sollte ein Tritt zur Verfügung gestellt werden- viel zu hoch angebracht.
