This property was good for the price. It’s clean and comfortable. The property is dated but the owners really make this property a very nice stay. They are very accommodating and also helped with booking our tram reservation and provided recommendations for local eateries. We would stay again. Keep I mind if you have difficulty with stairs ask for the bottom floor rooms. Pura vida

Room was clean and staff was welcoming and helpful. Location is convenient for walking into town, 15-20min walk but hilly. Light breakfast that was included was a pleasant surprise. No regrets staying here given the price. However, rooms were noisy...could hear neighbors, dogs barking, and outside traffic.

Great Hotel

A great hotel. The hosts of the hotel were friendly & vey helpful with any questions or booking of any tours. The homemade pancakes they serve for breakfast were delicious. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Room was clean comfortable and the hotel was in good location for heading out to the numerous attractions including the cloud forest. Isa was very welcoming and brimming with advice on where to go and what to do. Included breakfast is provided at a cafe literally 1 minute walk away. The included breakfast option offered for us was just 2 items plus coffee. To be honest it was fine for me on a budget. Right across the street is an excellent Indian restaurant, make sure you try their home infused gins.

The owners where very nice to meet and very!!! helpful planning our time in Monte Verde. We emailed back and forth before out trip to ask question of what to do. Essa had it down to the times of what to do and where to go. Extremely helpful!! We just wished it had air conditioning.
