Old, hard mattresses. You have to lock/unlock the front door of the hotel. You have to schedule breakfast. Limited parking. The shower leaked into the room under the wall. Old, worn bedding. Poor ventilation.

Very comfortable stay in Monteverde. The rooms are charming and the setup is nice with a sitting room outside the rooms and a great breakfast spot with a beautiful view. Breakfast was delicious and served quickly. Friendly staff anxious to help with anything. Parking isn’t abundant and there’s a steep hill leading up to the property, but this is typical of the area.
