Upstairs, you will find four double rooms with private bathrooms, plus another bedroom with balcony, bathroom, minibar, and private entrance.



Outside, a large fenced park awaits you with panoramic views, sun loungers, a table with chairs, table tennis, and a whirlpool. From spring 2016, a new pool is also available next to the whirlpool. The property is ideal for a holiday near the sea and offers easy access to the charming villages of Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci.
