The apartment features free fast and unlimited WIFI.
The living room features a sofa, one coffee table, 4-drawer dresser, led tv with Amazon firestick, heating panel and a bar with two stools.
The kitchen is open concept and has a stainless steel fridge, stove oven, microwave oven, and dolce gusto coffee maker. Also, has a dining table with 2 chairs.
Kitchen utensils, cutlery, flatware, glassware, and table linen are provided.
We provide tea, coffee and sugar.
Next to the kitchen is a small laundry patio with the washing-dryer machine, for exclusive use of the guests (no coins needed – laundry detergent provided).
The bedroom has a full-queen bed (bed linen provided), a big closet, a small desk area if you want to work and a AC (heating/cooling) unit.
The bathroom has a relatively small shower space and towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer and iron are provided.
The backyard / patio offers a sitting area with lots of sun and the traditional Uruguayan barbecue grill.
The apartment is located in the ground floor and their windows face the backyard / patio and the inner gardens of the building. The entrance to the building requires fob key (provided).

El apartamento ofrece internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad gratis en toda la unidad.
La sala ofrece un sillón, una mesa ratona, una cómoda de 4 cajones, una televisión de led con Amazon firestick y un panel calefactor. Así como, un bar con dos taburetes.
La cocina se encuentra integrada a través del bar a la sala, y cuenta con una heladera con freezer, horno tradicional, horno de microondas y una cafetera Dolce Gusto. A su vez, cuenta con una mesa y dos sillas.
Los utensilios de cocina, cubiertos, platos, vasos, copas y manteles están incluidos.
Dejamos a disposición de los huéspedes té, café y azúcar.
Desde la cocina se accede a un pequeño patio de servicio donde se encuentra la máquina lava-secarropa, de uso exclusivo de la unidad (no requiere monedas – se provee jabón de ropa).
El dormitorio cuenta con una cama matrimonial (se provee de sábans), un ropero espacioso, una pequeña área de escritorio y aire acondiconado.
El baño tiene una ducha relativamente pequeña.
Toallas, papel higiénico, jabón, shampoo, acondicionador, gel de ducha, secador de pelo y plancha están incluidos.
El patio más grande tiene una mesa con sillas y un parrillero tradicional uruguayo.
El apartamento está localizado en la planta baja y las ventanas miran hacia el patio más grande y a los jardines interiores del edificio.
La entrada al edificio requiere una llave eléctrica (que se provee).
