I don't know how this hotel has any 5 star reviews. Rudest hotel staff I've ever encountered. Walk up to desk and they're on their cell phones or talking to each other. They act like you're disturbing them. You walk by them and there is no smile or hello. They have no concept of what customer service is. Hotel is not properly taken care of. Lobby looks nice but once you reach your floor you'll see how badlt kept the hotel actually is.. Hall carpet dirty. Walls badly repaired. Our room had a big crack in sink that started leaking on the 3rd orn4th night. They had to come in and re-glue it from underneath. Big crack in toilet tank that thankfully had enough glue so didn’t leak. Door knob in bathroom falling off. Grab bar in tub loose. Only one outlet in room to charge phone. Walls were dirty. Our last night I was checking to make sure we had everything and pulled back curtain and saw mold on walls. I have pictures of everything and hope I can add them.
