Tucked away among the vineyards of Montfrin, this beautiful holiday villa offers a peaceful escape just minutes from Nîmes. Ideal for families or friends, the home accommodates up to 5 guests and features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a charming interior with traditional stonework and furnishings. The fully enclosed garden is dotted with palm trees and century-old olive trees, and includes a private swimming pool with massage jets, a terrace with loungers, and a delightful outdoor kitchen for preparing meals al fresco.

Located just 1.5 km from the center of Montfrin, you’ll find a bakery, shops, restaurants, and a lively market every Tuesday. The region is rich in attractions: the Pont du Gard (11 km), Uzès (27 km), Avignon (25 km), and Nîmes (27 km) are all within easy reach. For nature lovers, the lake of Bouscarrasse and the bamboo grove offer serene outings, while fishing is just a five-minute walk from the house.

Die Rezeption war in Ordnung, der Pool auch. Zimmer im Haus nur die Außenküche war eine Enttäuschung. Nicht mehr als ein überdachter Außenbereich mit Gasherd und alten Schränken anstelle der Werbung "Fantastische Außenküche". Nach der Ankunft wurden Wespennester in der Höhle des Hauses gefunden (war bereits bekannt), wodurch sich viele Wespen im Innen- und Außenbereich des Schwimmbades befanden. Besitzer mehrmals gespritzt, aber alle temporären Patch. Kücheninventar sehr spärlich. Umfeld war wie erwartet.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz (Terrasse und Garten mit Olivenbäumen). Schöne Außenküche, großer Pool (Ende April / Anfang Mai war es kalt), und eine Schaukel im Garten. Ruhig zwischen den Weinbergen gelegen, aber nur 5 Autominuten entfernt. Spaziergänge in der Umgebung von Uzès, mit dem Mountainbike und zurück mit dem Kanu über den Gardon (über Natu'Rando in Remoulins), Avignon, Aigues Mortes und bis zum Meer, die Höhle La Salamandre, nur ein paar Tipps. Wir hatten auch wunderbares Wetter bei strahlendem Sonnenschein, es war eine super schöne Woche.
