I was reluctant to book a room here because Shorter, AL does not have many options. It was the closest we could find to Auburn when everything we saw was so expensive. This Days Inn has recently been renovated and our room was very nice and clean, even the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again if I have to.

Rooms were small but cute and clean. Had clean sheets, towels, etc. No,breakfast is not hot, its packaged danishes, muffins, instant grits & oatmeal, small boxes of cereal, etc but its free. The coffee thats offered with breakfast was good. There is a gas station right next door that sells hot breakfast. We opted for the free stuff and it wasnt bad at all. There is no pool, its been filled in, that didnt matter to us, we werent there for that. The people at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. Id definitely stay there again.

Checking in to my room was quick and easy. My room was clean and neat. One odd detail is that there's no outlet near the coffee pot, so you'll have to move it near an outlet to use it. The shampoo and conditioner smelled really nice. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

Worst hotel I have ever been in. There were no closets or iron. Checkout was at 11am and the staff open my door at 8am. Ignored my voice saying I’m in here wait one second. How scary! In the morning the water in sink and tub was brown. We had to do a quick wash up with bottle of water we brought with us. I will NEVER stay there again

Our room had dirt all over the floor, and smelled like someone just walked out after smoking, the biggest blunt of their life. The smell of marijuana was so strong. We had to leave the door open for a little bit. I ended up spraying perfume all over the room in hopes that it would help. Which it did not.
