Staff were extremely rude. We were greeted with a wait while the staff member stood and had a personal conversation with a friend, while ignoring us. Then, she argued about our reservation, which was prepaid. The staff member was trying to not only charge us again, but increase the price, as she claimed that Expedia charged us the wrong amount and we needed to make up the difference. During this conversation she also answered the phone and was very disrespectful to the customer who was calling- even hung up on her. The room was tiny, beds were awful. Overall, not the best experience.

We reserved a room and they put us in one where the fan on the heater was so loud we couldn’t hear the tv, let alone sleep. We asked for a different room, but they were full. We had to find someplace else at the end of a long day. Not happy.

No person at front desk for over 15 minutes upon arrival. Came in eventually carrying large bags of food and wasn’t concerned one bit. Not friendly , very short , zero customer service skills combined with zero effort . The hotel itself was very adequate for a one other stay while traveling .

Evening and morning staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed with my fur baby and the pet fee was very reasonable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t the best but they had food options near by. I would stay at this location again.

The same lady That was working at check-in at 8:20 PM. We’re still there when I checked out at 9:10 AM and she also was taken care of breakfast. This poor lady deserves a day off. She told me she was working 16 hour shifts if they can’t find any help for her. This is totally ridiculous. God bless her and I hope they give her some help.
