Not what we was expected

The house was clean for the most part but smelled strongly of mothballs, we sprayed the house with air freshener but didn't work, the main thing that bother some of the guest to the point a couple actually left and got a hotel, we was told not to use the front door, after examining the front door there was 3 to 4 what looked just like bullet holes which carried through the sidewall into a bedroom wall across room... I messaged the number that was given to me to let them know but never got a response

House need a Detail cleaning & need some upkeep to in & outside.

It needs some cleaning all around. Kitchen needs to be detail, dishwasher was out. The Oven needs cleaning. The Sheets on the bed were very worn.
