Room 421,The sofa hide-a-bed bedding had a pee stain and under the sofa had not been vacuumed in what appeared to be weeks. When this was brought to the attention of the front desk (Tina) she did not own the problem, instead she handed me new bedding for Me to change. Additionally the bathroom had loose floor tile creating a trip hazard and one of the tiles was cracked creating a laseration hazard (See attached photo) as you step out of the tile. The ceiling of the show appeared to have feeseas splattered on the shower ceiling. (See attached photo). In the 4th floor hallway after leaving the elevator, hallway carpet had separated from the seam creating a hallway trip hazard.

The staff was amazing. The rooms were clean. The pool area was nice. The fireproof and lounge area was very comfortable. After a long drive that day. The hotel was a welcome site. I would recommend this hotel

Broken Mirror and Dirty Room

The room was in awful condition. The wall mirror was shattered and the bathroom sink had a big crack. The AC unit made a loud clanking noise. Overall the room was very dusty and dirty. The room was not fit to rent out. They could not switch our room or provide any remedy. They just ignored the issue and we paid full price for this terrible experience. Very poor business management. I highly recommend not staying here.
