I didn't receive service in my room and I was there for three nights. They did come by on Friday when I was still showering and I asked if they could come back in an hour. I called the front desk and stopped hotel cleaning stuff to ask for accommodations. I came Saturday to ask and was told the service wasn't provided on the weekends but someone would get the trash and collect towels. That never got done either. In fact, I had to approach the front desk for towels and trash bags my entire stay. I only gave three stars because the people checking me in and out were nice.
