This property has direct lake access, elevators, private dock & access to boat launch. It is a quiet community on a dead-end street that is walking distance to Walden Yacht Club, Breakwater Grill & an Olympic sized swimming pool on the lake! Walden has a fitness center, several pools, & tennis/pickleball courts, parks, walking trails, marina, etc. Come to relax & enjoy the natural beauty of the Lake Conroe area.
The 2/1.5 condo is on the 3rd & 4th floor. There is a downstairs bedroom with a new queen-sized bed & private closet. The primary bathroom is fully stocked...bring your toothbrush & enjoy all of the comforts of home!
