Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Dumpster will be located at the end of the property either walking or driving you will make a right at the end of driveway and dumpster sits in a enclosed section.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

We do ask guest to kindly empty Grill out the next day once it has safely cooled down also Very important is the placement of grill before use..
Place the grill in the middle of the grass away from building due of open flames.
You will have to provide your own Charcoal and lighter fluid. please try to make sure the grass doesn't get severely damaged
