We encountered a serious issue with roaches in the bathroom, and the tub was in unacceptable condition. The bathroom floor was filthy, and there was a strong smell of mildew permeating the room. Additionally, the mattress was stained, and there were hairs on the sheets. This level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable.

There is NO POOL

The hotel check-in process was slow due to only one computer working but staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great and the space was clean. There is no pool on the property. There are pool hours listed and a pool listed in the amenities but the previous pool has been filled in with grass.

First Hilton that doesn’t have a toilet tissue holder in the bathroom. Tissue just sitting on the counter. TV was so difficult to operate that we didn’t even watch tv. We travel a lot and never came across a remote that was so difficult to use. Should have had hot breakfast to carry the name of HILTON

This was a big surprise based on the cost of the room. Room was good size and the bed slept well. However, the furniture was not very nice even though it had been renovated. The breakfast offered was a bagel bar, mostly carbs and nothing good for diabetics. We are accustumed to continential breakfast at most hotels with eggs and meat. People were running up and down the halls during the night making loud noises. This was more like a micotel with a larger room size, but not as nice. Will not go back.
