We loved the food at BB King Restaurant. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The room was nice. The problem was that we were not allowed to check in at 4:00 because of a problem with their computer system. We could not check in until about 7:00 pm. I thought we should have been compensated for the inconvience.

Great Stay!!!!

Windcreek Montgomery hotel was very nice. Our stay at the hotel was great and we had a wonderful time and i enjoyed our surroundings with my family ,the staff along gets ten stars .Will i come back of course!!!! The only downside is the restrooms in the casinos the need a little work in keeping the bathroom clean and smelling good other than that Great Stay!!!

The property was OK. It was nice and clean but the problem I had the Internet was down and we couldn’t take it until about it about eight and can we be accommodated so the front desk manager gave my friends a discount but I couldn’t get any discount because I was a third party something they said I had to talk to Expedia so that is what I’m doing and I’m asking for accommodation because it was very inconvenient and then we had to check out at 11 when we didn’t get the room until 8 PM. We check out the next morning at 11 AM.
