On the 2nd floor: 4 bedrooms (2 single beds 90x200 cm / 2 single beds 90x200 cm / 1 double bed 140x200 cm / 1 double bed 140x200 cm), bathroom (bathtub), toilet. Unfenced land, balcony-terrace. Wood provided for a first fire only. Private parking in front of the house or free in the municipal car park in front of the house. Perched on the hill, Monthion is a small town located at the foot of the Grand Arc massif, overlooking the Combe de Savoie. It offers a clear view of the Bauges massif, and a rural setting surrounded by forests, while being a few kilometers from the city center of Albertville (7 km). Ideal location therefore to explore the pedestrian or cycle paths, at the crossroads of the valleys. 7 km from Albertville, famous for its medieval town of Conflans, discover this very comfortable cottage. At the crossroads of the Tarentaise, Val d'Arly, Beaufortain and Bauges valleys, halfway between Lake Bourget and Lake Annecy, this large house offers a pretty garden, a beautiful, warm living room, 4 spacious bedrooms, all in a quiet area.
