The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 150 m² character house in Monthurel for rent, which can accommodate up to 7 travelers. The house comprises a large living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- Living room with sofa, coffee table, TV, stereo, pellet stove and dining table.
- Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: fridge-freezer, gas and electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker...
- Bedroom 1: double bed 160 x 200 cm. Bathroom and WC separated from the bedroom by a sliding door. Room adapted to accommodate a person with reduced mobility (raised WC with grab bar, Italian shower with grab bar, no steps, no steps...).
- Laundry area with washing machines and dryers, cleaning products, vacuum cleaner.

1st floor:
Accessed by wooden staircase from the living-dining room.
- Bedroom 2: Double bed (160x200), garden view. Exposed beams.
- Mezzanine with 3 single beds. Accessible via a staircase.
- Bathroom: shower, two washbasins.

Exterior :
- 700 m² enclosed garden. Deckchairs. Lovely view of the countryside and vineyards.
- Terrace with dining table for 6, parasol, barbecue.
- Outdoor swimming pool heated by heat pump: open from early May to mid-September, subject to favourable weather conditions.
- Courtyard in front of the house

The house is ideally located in Monthurel, 4 km from local shops: bakery, mini-market, pharmacy, restaurant, etc.

Helt perfekt til en familie med børn der bare vil nyde godt vejr, egen privat pool (med trin, så helt små børn kan lege på lavt vand) og gode faciliteter i huset. Der er desuden en glasdør installeret ud til poolen så børnene ikke bare kan løbe ud. De store indkøbscentre er ca. 20 minutter derfra. Mindre indkøbsmarked ca. 7 minutter derfra.

Fijn verwarmd zwembad, die we (in tegenstelling tot eerdere recensies) zelf mochten open maken! Hosts lijken in het begin wat streng, maar hele vriendelijke mensen. Ook een proeverij van hun eigen champagne gehad waarbij we van alles konden vragen, erg leuk! Top

Michael e sua moglie sono stati gentilissimi è molto accoglienti… consiglio assolutamente una visita presso la loro dimora per degustare ed acquistare i loro ottimi champagne che sono stati una scoperta meravigliosa e sono al pari di quelli di mason blasonate. Bravissimi!!! E alla prossima volta che verremo per goderci anche gli spazi esterni della casa in particolare quella bella piscina
