Home away from home.

It was great! I came in town for a family funeral. This is my first visit to the town of Monticello that required a hotel stay. I was a little skeptical at first, but after staying at the Quality Inn, I'm no longer a skeptic. It was very clean and tidy. The refreshed my towels and some toiletries for me. It was like home away from home.

staff was very friendly, front office and breakfast area, very nice, and clean. the room was a different story, wall mounted head board was falling off the wall, bathroom has not been updated since the 70's, blue toilet is turning green from years of use, shower tile is falling off.

The staff was so nice, I drove from Kansas to Monticello, Arkansas. I literally went in over my ETA,but the staff was so helping and understanding. They made sure my room stayed secure I will definitely return on my next trip

I stayed at the Quality Inn while in town for my mother’s funeral, and unfortunately, it only added more stress to an already difficult time. The room was in poor condition—several lights didn’t work, and the TV was broken. To make matters worse, the ironing board was unusable, and I found roaches and other bugs throughout the room. For the price I paid, I expected at least basic functionality and cleanliness. I NEVER stay at another Quality Inn. I do have pictures for whatever the site didn’t allow me to upload.

Bloody mattress Stains!!!!!YUK!!!

Horrible Moldy stench, no hot water, paper thin walls and ceilings. Blood stained mattress found after sheet pulled away while sleeping. AC blowing what smells like moth balls. Wouldn't recommend! Rm 108

Musty, creepy crawling nightmare

Absolutely horrible. The people that was above me was playing Mexican music so loud. I called the front desk. This happened as soon as I got in the room. The room was outdated. It smelted musty and jacuzzi / tub was placed right by the bed. There was roaches, gnats and flies. I don’t know how they are still open. This was the same fixture as when they first opened. I couldn’t even sleep thinking something was going to crawl on me. With price charge they . I was expecting a lot more. I will not stay there again absolutely disgusting. 0/10

Outdated property. The owner is not investing upkeep into the property. Very cheap sheets. I felt like something was crawling on me all night. The ice machine was out of ice.
