I never got to go I tried to cancel and the hotel told me to call Expedia then I called Expedia and they kept me on the phone for over an hour and then just hung up . I did purchase the insurance and they didn’t even honor that !! Truly disappointing

The staff was courteous. The beds and linens were clean. The room itself was deteriating. Bare bulb lighting in the ceiling. Heating not working properly. No hot water. No closet or coat hangers. Broken toilet paper dispenser. Front door light didn't work. Trash and garbage at front entry. Parking lot full of trash including broken glass. Construction material and old furniture stacked in front of door ways. Shower stall rusty and stained. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
