Check in was a very long line about 15 people ahead of me. I wasn't told of a $125 deposit required at check in. Othereise rooms are beautiful, large bathroom and shower. Bed was very comfortable.

The property was fine Room was spacious and clean The staff was pleasant My one negative was we had asked for early check in because we were headed to a concert at Bethel Woods and they would not accommodate the early check in. We had to wait until we returned to the hotel after the concert at 12am.

They did not have the room I booked. They substituted with a comp room, which I was fine with. However, the room was FILTHY (see photos). Stains all over the carpet, on the bedding, even on the towels!! Not what you would expect when you pay $500 for one night! It honestly was no better than a regular hotel. The parking was limited and there was limited food availability late night at the casino.

I was attending a wedding in the area so decided to stay at Resorts. The hotel rooms are beautiful and the bathrooms are one of the biggest I ever seen. There are a number of food options in the hotel the prices are on par with hotels. The food was good. Now you know the casino was the second reason I picked Resorts. It has something for everyone. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Took 45 minutes to check in. 2 reception desk people couldn't find the reservation and had to get a manager to find it. Then the 2nd receptionist started chatting with a friend and then the first receptionist interrupted him to help her. It was a very poor check in.

Not impressed.

The gentleman that checked us in (Willy) was not very welcoming nor very nice. I asked him a question and he was somewhat nasty. After he gave us our keys we looked around and had to go back to ask where the elevators were. Not impressed with the hotel at all. At check out it appears they double charged me for taxes. I paid taxes with my original bill and then at check out charged me again. When my credit card bill comes in I will have to confirm.
