UGH!!

The person that checked us in was so rude and difficult to understand! The carpeting in our room was VERY stained! I had to cover it with a towel as it appeared that someone had been sick!! The hairdryer did not work! Housekeeping did not clean our room saying that we must have had a light on that told them not to come in! We had trouble even getting the lights to work! So…. at midnight we had to ask for towels, coffee, cups, water, etc! They did not bring water! A beautiful room and bathroom but a VERY DISAPPOINTING stay!!

Great first day at Resorts World hotel

We had a great all-around first day at the Resorts World hotel in the catskills. We received great service in the casino as well as at the steak house.

Great room-disappointing policy

I stayed at this hotel for just one night, checking in shortly before midnight. The room was impressively spacious and very clean, which I appreciated after a long day of travel. However, upon checking out they would not give more than 30 minutes for late checkout, although the hotel seemed pretty empty. Even more frustrating was that I wasn’t allowed to use the hotel grounds — including the pool and gym —after checking out. In most hotels, it’s standard courtesy to allow guests access to these amenities after checkout, especially for such a short stay. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here, and took away from what could have been a much more enjoyable experience.
