Below Monticello 1 km from the centre of L´Ile Rousse, on the outskirts, 24 km from the centre of Calvi, 68 km from the centre of Bastia, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, 1.2 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: well-kept garden 2'500 m2 (fenced) with plants and trees. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 800 m, bus stop 950 m, sandy beach 1.2 km. Tennis 1 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property.

Cadre sympa sur les hauteurs de l'ILE ROUSSE et au calme. Propriétaire sympathique présent sur le site et disponible en cas de besoin. L'annonce est mal rédigée car il est obligatoire de régler pour le ménage final. Location à conseiller.
