We stayed at this resort with family children and had a really enjoyable time. The indoor waterpark and arcade were a big hit and kept everyone entertained for hours. The entire facility was very clean, and since there were hardly any guests this weekend, we never had to wait in lines. We also took advantage of the hiking trail, which was a nice way to spend some quiet time outdoors together. The only downside was that housekeeping never came to clean our room the entire stay, which was disappointing given how great everything else was. Overall, it was a fun and relaxing family getaway, and with just a little improvement on the room service, it would be an excellent experience all around.

I definitely loved this property. The staff was very helpful. The facilities were clean and the water park was amazing. My family of 5 had a great room. Loved that the rooms were family oriented in the sense that they had options of 2-3 bedrooms. My kids were comfortable and safe.

My kids really enjoy going to the water park, but as a parent, I have many complaints that limit my excitement to go back. Staying a full day at the water park is a nightmare for an adult. The place is toooo loud. The music is too high, plus all the noise from all he machines and people. There is even a bell that rings every 5 minutes. The water park's cleanliness is very limited. There is no exclusive pool for adults to find a place to relax. I would build a small private section for parents. At night, there was only one restaurant open, with minimal options. All the downtown restaurants were closed. We ended up going out to the hotel for dinner. There is a need to control guest parties. There was a very loud gathering party in another room, and we couldn't fall asleep until midnight. Please be sure you find the right balance for kids, teens, and adults to enjoy a relaxing weekend.
