Please note: We would like to point out to our guests that as shown in the photos in the gallery, in order to reach the property it will be necessary to drive for about 200 metres along a private road which is not asphalted and therefore unsuitable for cars with low ground clearance.

Location
In the area we recommend seeing the Mine Museum ( Massa Marittima ), San Galgano Abbey ( which is only 2 km from the Podere ), and the beautiful Roste di Montieri ( Montagne Rosse ).

Don\'t miss also the ruins of the castle of Montemassi ( Roccastrada area, about 20 minutes by car from the Podere ), The Beautiful Thermal Baths of Saturnia ( 1 hour and a half by car ), Volterra ( 1 hour and 15 by car ) and San Gimignano ( 1 hour and 10 by car ).

The central location of the apartment puts the guests close to other famous tourist destinations in Tuscany, being 1 hour and a half by car from the beautiful city of Art: Florence. In 50 minutes by car, you can reach the famous Siena, while in about 2 hours by car, you can reach Lucca with its beautiful walls that surround the historical centre.

Sea lovers will be able to reach Follonica in only 30 minutes by car, while for those who would like to try the sea of Versilia, that part of the coast is about 2 hours away. Going down towards the south of Tuscany, the beautiful Castiglione della Pescaia is an hour\'s drive away. For those wishing to go beyond the Tuscan borders, going north, in 3 hours you will reach the Cinque Terre, while going south and into Lazio, in about 2 hours you will reach the capital of Italy: Rome. The nearest airport is Pisa about 2 hours drive away.

Check-in time is from 4 PM to 8 PM and check-out time is 10 AM, please contact the owner as soon as possible to arrange check-in.
