This charming stone house of 70m² offers you a welcoming atmosphere and all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. The living area welcomes you with a cosy lounge equipped with a reversible air conditioning, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. Share your meals around the dining table or make yourself comfortable for a moment of reading or relaxation.



The independent kitchen is fully equipped: gas hobs, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, as well as all the crockery and utensils necessary for preparing good home-cooked meals.



At night, the house has two bedrooms upstairs: a first one consisting of a Queen Size bed (160/200), a sofa, and a table, and a second with two single beds (80x190) and a table as well, ideal for a family or two couples. The bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains.



A bathroom with a bathtub, WC and hairdryer completes the set.



For even more comfort, you will have a washing machine, an outdoor parking space.
