Sehr sauber, top ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten und eine sehr nette Vermieterin mit verspieltem Hund. Einfachere Unterkunft die aber völlig ausreicht. Wir überlegen noch einmal wiederzukommen.

Eine gute Wahl

Eine wunderbar ruhige Ferienwohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man braucht und mehr. Das gilt auch für den Garten mit vielen schönen Schattenplätzen, Mandarinenbaum, Essplatz, Liegestühlen und Sonnenliege. Die Vermieterin ist total freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut und wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Gut zum Entspannen

Es ist dort sehr ruhig. Der krähenden Hahn stört nicht. Im Gegenteil. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Alles ist vorhanden was benötigt wird. Sogar einiges mehr. Die Vermieterin ist sehr entgegenkommend und nett. Mit Google- Übersetzer klappt jede Unterhaltung. Bei der ersten Anfahrt war es dort schwer zu finden aber wenn man Es dann weiß ist es ok. Keine Angst vor dem Hund. Es ist verspielt und kontaktfreudig. Ein kleiner Nachteil besteht aber : Es ist die enge Duschkabine. Gerne wieder.

Toll,toll und toll!!

Diese Ferienwohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert für Familien mit Kindern. Die Lage, die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Strand, alles gut erreichbar. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Sehr freundliche und liebe Gastgeberin!!:)

L'appartamento era pulito, ampio, letti comodi. L'unico problema è la posizione segnalata da google che è errata, occorre scrivere tramite chat all'host e farsi dare direttamente il suo numero di telefono. essendo lontano dal centro occorre la macchina per spostarsi. Ci tornerò volentieri

Sehr versteckt in einer engen ...

Sehr versteckt in einer engen Gasse gelegen, Navi unbedingt erforderlich!Sehr ruhige Ferienwohnung, die Vermieter wohnen zwar im selben Haus, wir haben sie aber nur bei Ankunft und Abreise zu Gesicht bekommen. Sie sprechen leider ausschliesslich Italienisch. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber, Küche und Bad gut ausgestattet. Zum Strand Ca 10 min mit dem Auto, an einem kleinen Lebensmittelmarkt und einem Gartencenter vorbei.Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Reisetipps: Zum Flanieren empfiehlt sich Forte dei Marmi, viele ( teure) Boutiquen!Nicht weit bis Lucca oder Pisa.Mitte September sind die meisten Urlauber weg und es ist sehr entspannt, immer Parkplätze und freie Plätze am Strand zu finden.

Die Parterre Wohnung ist im Haus der Besitzer mit separatem Eingang. Es liegt sehr ruhig mit kleinem Garten und Terrasse.Ein Parkplatz ist auf dem eingeschlossenem Grundstück vorhanden.In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. VielStauraum allgemein. Bettwäsche vorhanden. Sauberkeit ausgezeichnet.Die Spülmaschine war defekt, ... , die sehr nette Besitzerin hat sich sofort drumgekümmert und es wurde repariert.Die Besitzer haben 2 liebe Katzen und hinter dem Garten einige Hühner.Einkleiner Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke.Fazit, es war eine sehr schönen Urlaub. Reisetipps: Montignoso ist ein Vorort von der größeren Stadt Massa. Es sind ca. 3 bis 4 Km zum Strand. Es sind an der ganzen Küste die sogenannten "Bagnos", eine Art Beachclub, die kostenpflichtig sind. Zwischendurch gibt es öffentliche Strände, die kostenlos sind.Die Region von Massa ist ein sehr guten Ausgangspunkt für versch. Städte wie Pisa, Lucca, Pistoia, Florenz und die Marmor Stadt Carrara. Ein Tagesausflug zu den Cinque Terre Dörfer in Ligurien ist sehr gut machbar.In der Region wird es nicht langweilig, auf einer Seite die Strände, aud der anderen sehr viele Kulturstädte.
