The property owner is excellent at communicating promptly, and he is very friendly and helpful! The apartment does not have some of the amenities that American’s look for (1 towel per person but no wash cloths, small couch to watch tv, small bathroom & almost no counter space) and it is on the street level, so you do hear some street noise…not a lot, the town is fairly quiet and there is a barrier of bushes/courtyard in between the apt windows and the street. All that being said, I’ve been a lot of places in the Paris area, and other than staying in a hotel that caters to Americans, this apartment was as close as you’ll probably get without spending an arm and a leg! What I loved is the proximity to a delicious bakery, the metro stations in walking distance, and a grocery store is right around the corner. If you’re looking to tour Paris, but want a cute apartment away from the main city, this is the apartment for you!
