Stay Here-It's a Dream!

The photos do not do this location justice! It is even more beautiful. I usually stay in Tuscany but now Umbria is at the top of my list. Besides being elegant, comfortable, and super clean, Borgo Pulciano Agriturismo is very affordable! It is super pet and family friendly. It also has probably the best breakfast I have ever had in Italy! And there are 2 pools! Absolutely the best!

Great country stay

Beautiful setting. Spacious mini apartment. Comfortable bed and good heat. They let us borrow an iron for dressing for an event we attended. We borrowed a cork screw as well. Had a brief problem with boiler, but they reset immediately. Very nice breakfast. We would certainly return.

The place is amazing, very beautiful!!!. If you are looking for a place to be relax, have a fresh air, amazing views, this is the place!. The only problem that we had is that we wanted to have a snack and the restaurant was closed so I had to drive and find a open place on a sunday, which was kind of dificult.But for the rest, all perfect!!!

Struttura realizzata in un piccolo complesso rurale in uno dei borghi più belli d'Italia (Montone). Dal design rustico e antico, l'agriturismo ha ben due piscine di altezza circa 1,5mt. Molto curato anche il contorno, immerso nella natura, possibilità di cenare al ristorante. Unica osservazione che posso fare é la doccia che aveva problemi di rubinetteria.

Op het eerste gezicht is het een geweldige locatie. Vriendelijk personeel, maar rampzalig verblijf. Kamers zijn ontzettend gehorig. Echt belachelijk! De douche was rampzalig. Water over de gehele vloer! Kraantje van wc reservoir was dichtgedraaid toen we aankwamen, we weten nu waarom! Zodra je het.opendraaide liep de vloer van de badkamer vol met water. Hier werd niets aangedaan. We hadden voor 4 nachten geboekt, pas na twee nachten bieden ze ons een andere kamer in hetzelfde blok aan! Hiermee lossen ze niets op! Ons geplande, welverdiende weekend werd totaal verpest door deze rampzalige accommodatie! Nooit weer!!!

Die Lage ist hervorragend, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Pool und die Anlage als Ganzes sind sehr gepflegt. Allerdings ist die Ausstattung der Wohnungen nicht besonders. Zumindest einen Wäscheständer und Putzzeug, wenn nur einmal in der Woche gereinigt wird, sollte vorhanden sein.

Superbe lieu de villégiature

Très bel endroit avec du charme. Bon rapport qualité prix.le personnel de l'accueil est charmant et aux petits soins. A notre grand regret, le restaurant était fermé (fin de la saison). Un effort serait à faire pour la qualité des produits proposés au petit déjeuner.

Bella struttura..

Ottima e bella struttura con ampi alloggi completi di tutto. All'interno vi è il ristorante e stanza per la colazione, nonchè due piscine. Personale gentile e disponibile. Cosa non va: mattonelle attorno alle piscine traballanti con pericolo di inciampo; pulizia della camera non perfetta; colazione a 5 euro a persona povera di scelta(manca la frutta, le uova, ecc). Per il resto soggiorno positivo!

Soggiorno a Borgo Pulciano Resort

Premetto che il posto e la struttura e il personale di servizio ci sono piaciuti molto. Tuttavia, voglio muovere un appunto: non trovo corretto che ci siano stati addebitati 10€ in più al giorno, non indicati preventivamente nella pagina dell'annuncio, per l'uso dell'angolo cottura, che invece era esplicitamente previsto tra i servizi già pagati (facilmente dimostrabile dalla ricevuta di HomeAway in mio possesso). Ecco infine dei suggerimenti: 1. predisporre strutture adeguate per la raccolta differenziata della spazzatura negli spazi comuni con le istruzioni scritte in camera conformi alle regole locali; 2. fornire gli appartamenti di materiale per la pulizia durante il soggiorno (ad es. scope e strofinacci); 3. sostituire alcuni mobili di Ikea con mobilio tradizionale locale, magari anche spartano, ma di qualità; Detto ciò ribadisco che ci siamo trovati complessivamente bene e ci torneremmo volentieri.
