Ants and cockroaches

Unfortunately we were plagued by creatures, it could have been the weather or the fact that the builder who was banging a lot had disturbed them. The apartment needed updating. there was no ventilation in the separate toilet, no smoke alarm or extinguisher, tv did not work, overgrown garden with rotten decking,full bins and a dirty bbq. We found the area noisy at night and tight to park in. On the plus side the bed was comfy but not proper pillows. We left early and the owners gave us 2 nights money back on their return from holiday. Were sorry to leave a review like this but feel we must be honest.

L’appartement est fonctionnel. Pas trop loin de la ligne 3 pour aller à la plage.Bon rapport confort/prix, assez lits pour toute la famille. Tout est bien. Un petit bémol sur la propreté et les rangements des vaisselles.

Excelente estancia

Nos ha encantado el alojamiento y hemos estado muy cómodos. Aunque está un poco alejado de algunas cosas, la proximidad al transporte público lo compensa, así que no es un inconveniente. Todo estaba impecable y bien preparado, con lo esencial como toallas y jabón disponibles. El anfitrión fue muy atento y estuvo disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. La única pequeña pega es que el interior era algo más cálido que la temperatura exterior, pero nada insoportable. En general, fue una muy buena experiencia. ¡Recomendado!

War ganz schön, aber (:

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich toll!! Ein paar Abzüge gibt es jedoch trotzdem. Das Bett war wirklich sehr unbequem, die Matraze war sehr weich und das Bett hat ziemlich gewackelt. Die Wohnung war im Großen und Ganzen sauber. Leider ist zur Zeit Vorort Baustelle, weshalb man früh bei Zeiten geweckt wird.

Très bon accueil en toute simplicité , quartier très calme bien situé pour accès en voiture, superette , boulangerie, presse à 900m en contrebas et tram direct centre ville à 10mn à pied sur le plat . Petit bémol pour une location en hiver, logement sombre même par temps clair .

Assez bien

Logement agréable mais les remarques des locataires ne sont pas pris en compte. Un minimum de propreté s'impose surtout au niveau de la literie. Bon contact avec le propriétaire

Très bien situé

Quartier très calme. Tramway à 10 min à pied pour aller en centre ville. Il manque juste un éclairage extérieur si on mange dehors le soir ou si l'on veille sur la terrasse.

Nous étions dans un quartier très sympathique et tranquille de Montpellier par contre l'appartement est très sombre et nécessite de vivre en journée avec la lumière allumée. La chambre et la salle de bains sont agréables mais la pièce principale n'est pas accueillante. Nous étions deux mais avec des enfants nous pensons que cela aurait été compliqué.Les équipements pour cuisiner sont limités, il manque un four ou un combiné micro-ondes/grill. En arrivant nous avons été surpris également par le ménage qui n'était pas top. C'est assez bruyant du fait que les propriétaires habitent au-dessus de la location (talons le matin, impression de planche à roulettes en fin d'après-midi ....) Nous avons coutume de louer des gîtes où les propriétaires sont cordiaux ici ce n'est pas le cas.
